Dowling's goal launches Sky Blue FC into WPS Championship

The first goal of Keeley Dowling's WPS career lifted Sky Blue FC to a 1-0 victory over Saint Louis Athletica in the Super Semifinal on Wednesday, Aug. 19 at The Anheuser-Busch Soccer Park in Fenton, Mo. With the win, Sky Blue FC advances to meet the Los Angeles Sol in the WPS Championship presented by MedImmune on Saturday, Aug. 22 at 4pm ET/1pm PT at The Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif. on Fox Sports Net and Comcast Sports Net (check local listings). Athletica goalkeeper Hope Solo made several spectacular saves in the loss.
