During long breaks in-between games at a tournament we seem to lose focus of why were there and they get lethargic and tired. We stay out of the sun, eat plenty of fruits and water. What else can we do??? PLEASE HELP!!
i would say go get some pizza. haha.
we've done that a couple times. food helps =]
actually we sit on the turf or grass away from the field(as a whole team) and mybe go by the deputy dog and get a hot dog, go shopping and prettty much stay in the soccer tourni area.
another suggestion, just go play on the jungle gym. it keeps us moving and creats a TON of memories XD

I usually bring music and my psp and just kinda stay in the zone in between games if theres like only 45 minutes or an hour. If it's a couple hours I usually hang out with my teammates and as the game gets closer i start listening to music and going into my own world it helps me focus but i guess that's just the type of person I am
