US Wins Olympic Gold!!

Sorry i haven't written a blog in a while, just been busy but wow, what a remarkable game! We did it!! We beat Brazil and won the Gold medal!

I thought the game was amazing, so many good things that happened during the game, Brazil was tough but we kept our composure in the defensive third and thats what helped us win the game! Everyone had an outstanding game, on both teams! Marta did an incredible job as usual, and it was exciting to watch her play.

The US did so well in the game against Brazil, they came out with the right mental state, and they knew they could win, they kept calm during the game, and they played amazing soccer, they pushed themselves for 120 minutes, and they prevailed, this game, to me, was one of the most amazing displays of womens soccer i have seen, and that is the reason i love playing and watching soccer! I also wanted to comment on Hope Solo, she did an outstanding job, and she made so many amazing saves, especially Marta's shot in the 2nd half, so i have to give props to her, she did an outstanding job, and thats what makes her an amazing goalie!

Well, I dont have much to say about any specific about any of the players because everyone played tremendous, and they all played together, but with that we won the Gold medal! I hope all of you guys are as inspired by their win as I am! They never let me down in why I love the team, and why I want to be on it one day!
