Don't you think WPS should televise the 2010 WPS Draft? That would be soooo cool! They could show everyone trying out in action! And the camera people should ask the coaches who they think is good and say comments about them! I think they definitely should do this! If enough people write here in this blog saying they should, maybe they might televise it! We could see all of the college people we remember and see them on the TV playing in tryouts!!

The inaugural season isn't even over yet.. but I am getting antsy..
Is it too early to predict what players from each team will be protected from the expansion draft?
- I don't think so. Coaches and managers have a tough decision, but I am sure they have looked ahead to see all the possible moves they could make. Right?
I guess we'll have to wait til that one day in September where things will just be getting a little bit more interesting around here..
For example, my friend and I were discu…

"My alarm went off at exactly 7:25 a.m. and I shot straight up in my bed. Before I was even awake I knew what day it was, January 16th and that meant my fate would be decided. I turned my TV on to Fox Soccer Channel only to find European Soccer updates and freaked out, where was…

I have added an extra section to this post - College recap. The thought process for this has to do with the fact that the only people who know these players better than StarCityFan (sorry, but you have seen most of them play a lot the last few years!) are the college athletic departments these players atte…

There are some pretty weird world records that have been set. I’m betting this past Friday (draft day) another could have been if someone really tried: “The most amount of people to hit the refresh button for the same site at the same time.” I was starting to get worried my refresh button might break down from over…

Well, it's been way too long since I have blogged. Today seems like as good a day as any.
I am back in Chicago after a long, busy, exciting and successful week in St Louis at the
National Soccer Coaches Association of America. The week was filled with many activities for the league and many opportunities. We met so many people who are interested in WPS and so many who told me they would be buying…

I resolve to be better at this blogging thing. It has been so long since I have been gracing you with my literature.
The good news is that I am so busy here in the Red Stars (frozen) annex, that I haven't had time. So prepare for a journey here people!
Went into the Holiday break feeling good about the upcoming year, of course, because it is WPS-2009! What would have been a nice relaxing sit-at-home-and-do-much-about-nothing break was rattled by a tooth ache that was delivered to me the week be…
