Sky Blue FC

Last night, Wednesday, July 15th, Sky Blue FC played a game against Washington Freedom which led to a 4-4 draw. In a wild game Tasha Kai and Kacey White came as the scorers in the game each scoring for Sky Blue. Tasha Kai scored in 87th minute which everyone thought would be the winning goal. However, Washington Freedom scored in 2 minutes into stoppage time.

If you read my last blog post you noticed that I have been complaining about knee pain and asked if anyone knew a way to stretch your knees. I was browsing through the internet and I found one way that helped my knees. This is called the calf stretch. Okay, because it's called the calf stretch it streched both for me. Here are the steps:

1) Sit with your feet our in front of you.

I never believed in that supersition stuff until yesteday. My best friend Lexi(Alexis) and I were at Mario's with my parents to eat some pizza.
