YYYYYYEEEEESSSSS!!!!!!! for the 3rd time...

Just wonderful. If you looked at SBFC in the first few weeks of the season, you'd say there was no chance of them getting to the playoffs. But 2 coaches, a confidence switcheroo, some regular season help from the Sol (ironically), and 3 road wins in one week, and you have the first WPS champions. Incredible!

Congrats to all the SBFC fans out there!

Trivia Question: how many SBFC players were voted onto the original starting All-Star Line-Up?

The new design for the WPS: don't bother with a coach!

After such a dismal beginning and internal problems, can't believe SBFC is headed to the finals!

Kudos to Hope Solo, who make incredible saves to keep Athletica in...

I see a lot of potential and the league as a whole will be very good. I watched the game at the Capital Lounge at the viewing party the team sponsered - great turn out (between 60-70).

The camera I used for my pictures is an Olympus E-500 with a 40-150 digital zoom lense (also Olympus) - it is a good camera, but an older model with slow frames per second. I am looking to get a Canon 50D in the next week or so. The Canon is better with action shots and gives me some extra options.
