What Players and Coaches Told Me (They're Loving the New League!)--Month One of WPS

So many exciting games have occurred in the first month of WPS! My personal favorite was FC Gold Pride vs. Washington Freedom. Abby was amazing!!! I loved that she got her first, and second goals, including an amazing back-header one at that! Way to go Abby!

As a teen reporter for WPS, I've been lucky to get to talk to players, coaches and others about the first couple games and about how they feel about the new league. Here are some quotes.

Game of the Week

I'll be watching the Pride take on the Freedom on Sunday! Will Abby get a goal? Or will Tiffany add to her awesome goal against the Breakers? I'll head to Buck Shaw Stadium and see for myself!

Fave Photo Vote--Abby v. Marta Rematch!!

The Inaugural Match was awesome. So happy to see Abby again and to meet Marta. They were both really friendly--not to mention awesome on the field!
