It was tough watching the Sol lose in the championship game.

I was working the game, but chose not to work from the press box. Mostly, so I could enjoy it with my family in the suite below, but also because I wanted to be able to cheer at the appropriate moments.

They say there is no clapping in the press box, the press box is neutral.

They don't say anything about "no heartbreak", though.

Today I've been working on a new update for the Sol website. A new version of the boxscores that the league has developed. Boxscores will be featured on actual web pages now, to replace the PDF links.

Exciting stuff, I know.

But in setting up these pages... entering the opponents, dates and copying the game codes (the Inaugural Game is code: 875056 for example) I've been reflecting on each game that these represent. More than just numbers. They're also memories.
