TIPS ANYONE?

I'm looking to start a women soccer club very soon. I have made substantial investment in acquiring some training equipment for when we start off but my major and immediate challenge is that l don't know how to go about organising tryouts to get the right kind of players.

I'll appreciate tips from more experienced people please
