WPS week 12 action kicks off Saturday, June 13, with two games.

In the first match the Washington Freedom take on the Chicago Red Stars at RFK Memorial Stadium (4:30pm ET, 1:30pm PT). The Freedom were on a 5-game unbeaten streak until their loss to Los Angeles Sol the past weekend. Meanwhile, the Red Stars continue their 4-game road trip. The Red Stars remain the only team unbeaten on the road with a 1-0-2 record.

The second game will show Sky Blue FC play the Los Angeles Sol (7pm ET, 4pm PT). This is the third time these teams will meet with the Sol taking the first two games. The game will air on NBC Universal Sports.

Sunday, June 14, has the Boston Breakers taking on Saint Louis Athletica (6pm ET, 3 pm PT). The game will air on FSC and you can watch it online.

Freedom have added Ali Krieger and are smarting after the embarrassing loss to the Sol - I think they'll win comfortably, maybe 3-1.

Sol will shut out Sky Blue just the way they have about everyone else. 2-0 Sol.

Breakers are undefeated at home, and Athletica's not going to challenge that. 2-1 Breakers.

Predictions? Oh dear, I'm terrible with predictions.

Uh... the Freedom will take it 3-2 over the Red Stars.

As for Sky Blue and the Sol, L.A. will blank their opponents and win, uh... let's go with 2-0.

Boston will beat St. Louis by a goal... I think.

There. Those are my predictions, which are usually no where close to what'll happen.

Washington Freedom win by 2 (or maybe a little bit more).
Sol vs Sky Blue, St. Louis vs Boston (I don't care)

WE PROVED YOU ALL WRONG WHAT NOW =]?

the sky blue fc gamewas very entertaining, especially to see everyone fall and slip. it did cause the game to be slower. the field wasn't drained so the whole field was a big giant puddle.

i was totally TOTALLY suprised to see chicago tie washington. i really was hoping that washington would beat them, but that's over.

the week is still scoreless....sadly

0 goals in 2 games...not good for repeat attendance...hopefully tomorrows game will be more interesting.

Well, I was right about Sol shutting out Sky Blue. I just didn't expect the vice-versa as well!

And the Freedom not scoring at all is a real shocker, though I'm gratified our defense finally managed to keep a clean slate.

See?!

My predictions are always so far off, that I'm either spot-on correct, or just dead wrong. lol

Finally I've find a site to watch FSC online from London, England - Boston v St Louis for me now!

I hate that field Boston plays on! Isn't there another soccer facility they can play on? I keep thinking someone is going to throw a touchdown at any moment.

I think Hope Solo is so overrated!!

I wish I could have seen the Chicago game, following it on the tracker made it seem like an incredibly physical game. I'm glad they game out with a tie. Thats the third in a row on the road. We need to get in some wins now! Hopefully we can pull one out against NJ on wed.

Athletica are 1-0 up against Breakers...nice goal by English international Eni Aluko - Boston haven't had a shot on goal yet, Hope Solo has been a spectator in the Athletica goal.

I hope I can stay awake for the second half!

I don't think she's overrated--definitely a little over-hyped. But I was stunned to see an experienced pro like her wandering out of the box with ball in hand to distribute in the game against the Breakers. Lucky for her the refs didn't see it, although it was so obvious--she was at least 5 yards over the line (even past the semi-circle).
