deserving finalists? yes as they worked their way beating teams in the post season they hadn't in the regular season, winning two games in a row on the road for the first time in the season. being on thier third coach in the first season and probably countless other underdog stories to lead into the final against arguably the best team in the league. will playing 3 games in close succession help or hinder skyblue, against a team who hasnt really had to play a competitive game in a while. the underdog title will, once again undoubtably be on the shoulders of skyblue but they seem to be wearing it very well.
Great game. Sky Blue was connecting the entire first half and St. Louis couldn't promote much offense. Terrible no call when Fletcher took out keeper. It was blatant and keeper could have been really hurt. Glad it didn't decide the game. Solo was great. I'm rooting for the underdog to win it all. Sky Blue working their way across the country to win it all!
