Does anyone know what the parking situation is going to be for the season ticket holders? I hope that we will get some free parking or at least some discounts? If you know anything - I am sure I am not the only one interested...

Last time I asked my rep, he didn't know anything yet. I'm pretty sure that Galaxy STH's don't get any discount on theirs, so I doubt we would for Sol games. But I could be wrong, and would be happy if I was wrong.

i am a galaxy season ticket as well and we don't get discounts on parking. we do have the option of buying season parking at regular full price, but we do get a dedicated section of the parking lot for easier getting in and out.

SO here I am towards the end of the first season and I came across my own post. I have had the chance to speak to my rep about the parking and there is nothing that can be done about it, the fee is what it is and it is just one of those things .... FINE!

Now, here is something that I can bring up which SOL and the AEG ticket office can do something about .... I bought and paid for two season tickets at the beginning of the season because I wanted to support the LA SOL and the league. But this support HAS to be a two way street. It must be! After a season of watching the ticket prices go farther and farther down and the incentives collect; As a season ticket holder I became more and more frustrated. I know that I am not the only one either! I am not asking for much, but a Marta bobblehead is not gonna cut it. So, I would suggest that the team associated with the retaining of season tic holders get together and find a way to make this a more fair arrangement!

Molly,

I am paying only $10 bucks for my tickets and $15 for parking. It totaly sucks i know more for parking then for the tickets.

Next year I am thinking of getting one season ticket and the other just buying the promotions. If you only buy promotions you also get the fan experience and special autograph "wrist" bands. Let me know we can do it together.

This is what the first season of Sol cost me:

10 home games x 32.00 = 320.00 x 2 = 640.00 (sideline seats, section 108)
10 parking x 15.00 = 150.00

Granted, I signed up for this and I did it in part because I wanted to support the team....

But, compare what I (and other season ticket holders) paid to the specials run for all of the non-season ticket holders and explain to me how it's okay since I was given a Marta bobble head doll? The truth, it's not fair and it's not right! Especially when we call, and I know I am not the only one, and explain our frustrations to our accnt manager and they reply that we should be okay with the difference in what we paid compared to others sitting near us because we got a free bobble head doll :(

I don't want to rant about this without offering solutions:
1. if you want to fill stands, offer season ticket holders free tickets!!! This will lead to more fans and more season tix being sold....
2. offer better/ more discounts for season ticket holders on Sol merch
3. give the gift cards to season ticket holders as an incentive for more people to become season ticket holders, rather than the other way around!!!
4. offer more player/coaching experiences for the season ticket holders and groups
5. plan a free or discounted road trip for the season ticket holders to an FC gold pride games
6. work with LA Sparks to offer packages to promote season tickets at both events!! One of the Sparks owners sits very near me at the Sol games, I am SURE she would be willing to consider. Further, both venues are owned and operated by AEG ...

The goal here is not only attendance, but also SEASON ticket sales. The only way that I see to do that is to offer more incentives to become a season ticket holder, rather than the other way around. I could go on, but I will open the floor :)
