Women's Professional Soccer

I think everyone is still shocked/coming to terms with the final score of this morning's USA vs. Norway game. The first five minutes were definitely not what everyone was expecting (unless, you're a Norway fan!).

What does the USA have to do for their next game against Japan? How should Coach Sundhage rally the troops? Will a change of formation do the trick? Which players need to step up?

What do you think? Can this team rebound?

Slow it down. Simple, quick passes on the ground. Start Amy Rodriguez.

I agree with everyone. I was only able to watch 20 mins or so of the match because I had to head to work, but of what I saw, that was NOT the same team I've been watching the past few months. Way too many long balls and too many bad passes. They are much better than what I saw, so I expect them to come out with lots of intensity against Japan and be more focused. Hopefully most of the nervousness was left on the field yesterday. I'm so glad we still have a chance at a medal.
